I want to purchase this app, add more stories, or gift this app and cannot access it.

Unfortunately, this particular app is no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and would like to offer you a free download of our Heaven is for Real for Kids app. Please contact us, include your iTunes email address, and indicate that you would like to receive the free download to replace Read and Share.


 

I bought a story in the store, but it won’t download.

Go to the iTunes app store and re-download the story. You will not be charged again even if you see an a pop-up asking you to confirm or to enter your iTunes password. If for some reason you are re-charged, please contact Apple for a refund. We cannot access the store or your account to provide a refund, Apple must do it.

I would like to report an issue or error in one of the stories.

We do our best to ensure that our Read and Share products are Biblically accurate. They are based on the ICB translation of the Bible. If you believe you have found an error, please contact us.

 

I am interested in purchasing a physical Read and Share Bible or Read and Share Bible DVD. Where can I buy it?

You can buy a Read and Share Bible or DVD at your local Christian bookstore or directly on the Thomas Nelson web site.

 

I'm having trouble sharing to Facebook or Twitter from the app

On Apple devices, Facebook and Twitter sharing are controlled in your device's Settings. If you are having problems sharing to Facebook or Twitter from the app, it's likely that you need to change your device's social media settings. For more information on how to do this, please visit http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5500

You also have to be logged in to your Facebook or Twitter account to be able to share to those social networks.

 

I purchased the app, but it didn't download or is no longer on my device.

If for some reason the app does not appear on your device, go to the app store and tap it again to re-download for free.
